Commission Payment & Process
A clear digital reference is required. (I will not work with AI generated materials of any kind.)
Character complexity may influence the total price.
My prices are listed in USD.
Payment is due before I begin on any commission.
I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.
After discussing commission details, I will ask for your payment info. A payment request will be sent to you via PayPal only. Payments should be sent as ‘Goods and Services’.
Turnover time depends on complexity and queue, typically you can expect to receive the final product within 1-12 weeks.
You will receive updates throughout, including initial concept sketches and line art, which will be sent to you for approval. These stages are where you may ask for large changes such as pose, and expression! You may only ask for minor changes after the sketch has been approved (e.g. character mistakes on my part.) I will reach out to you if I have any questions.
You may ask for occasional updates but repeatedly bugging within a short period will not be tolerated (e.g. weekly is fine, daily is not). please be mindful!
If you need a piece completed before a specific deadline, please notify me at least 4 weeks in advance. A rush fee will be discussed (+$5-30usd depending). There is a chance that I will not accept a rush commission due to real life time constraints.
Commission Refund Policy
Full refunds are only available before I begin on a commission.
Once I begin on your commission, you are no longer eligible for a full refund upon cancellation request.
If you would like to request a cancellation and I have already begun on your commission, you shall be reimbursed depending on how much work i have put in already (e.g. sketch stage is eligible for a 75% refund, lineart stage is eligible for a 50% refund, etc.).
If I am for some reason unable to deliver the final product, I will contact you and a full refund will be issued.
If it has been more than 3 months since I began on your order, you may request a full refund.
You are not eligible for a refund after the commission is complete.
General Artwork Permissions
You may repost your commissioned artwork as long as credit is provided. (e.g. my toyhouse is aquawolfie)
You may not remove my watermark or alter my artwork in any way.
You may not claim my artwork as your own.
Please refrain from heavily referencing my artwork or character designs. Please do not trace or blatantly rip off my artwork or character designs. (You may however ask to study my artwork and share it with me!)
You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes unless it has been thoroughly discussed with me.
You may NOT use my artwork in any AI gen programs.
General Design Guidelines
You may make changes to my designs. (If it is a closed species, please do check and follow the species rules.)
You may resell my designs for what they are worth. (Yes, your own art counts towards worth)
You may resell “traded” designs for their worth.
Credit me where credit is due. (such as using/reposting my artwork on social platforms)
You may NOT claim original design credits.
